We are pleased to welcome you to Switzerland Eric Torres, an internationally recognized instructor, for a three-day intensive seminar dedicated to sparring and combat in Systema.

This course offers a deep immersion in Systema living, realistic and functional, far from fixed or choreographed patterns.
Here, the fight is seen as a adaptive process, where movement, breathing, psychology and technical skill become one.

Over three days, participants will explore:

• combat in motion,

• managing pressure and stress,

• real contact,

• reading the opponent,

• and the ability to remain effective, calm and clear-headed in unstable situations.

This seminar is intended for:

• practitioners of Systema, beginners as well as advanced users,

• instructors and instructors in training,

• martial arts or combat sports practitioners wishing to deepen their understanding of intelligent sparring,

• security professionals or people seeking an approach realistic and applicable,

• anyone wishing to progress as much humanly as well as militarily.

Everyone will find a rich, demanding subject matter adapted to their level, provided they accept a clear and empowering framework.

📅 ORGANIZATION & LEVELS

🔒 Friday, July 17, 2026 – Instructors' Evening

This day is primarily intended for instructors And instructors in training.

The task will be:

• more technical,

• denser,

• focused on nuanced understanding, transmission, and pedagogical responsibility.

👉 Non-instructor practitioners can access it, provided that one accepts that the pace, intensity, and structure of the course are entirely dictated by the instructor.
No individual adjustments will be made on that day.

🔓 Saturday 18 & Sunday 19 July 2026 – All levels

These two days are open to all practitioners, with an appropriate progression, while maintaining:

• the intensity,

• the reality of contact,

• and the depth inherent in Systema.

No certificate is issued.

– T-shirt or long-sleeved T-shirt Black Systema or comfortable training shoes – training knife (if possible) (If you don't have a T-shirt, one will be sold to you at the entrance)

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE:

This workshop is open to men and women of all levels, aged 18 and over. No specific martial arts experience is required, only a desire to discover Systema through immersion with an expert.
