WHO IS "SYSTEMA SWISS ACTIVITIES" INTENDED FOR?
For everyone. Beginner or experienced practitioner, 13 or 70 years old, fit or not yet. Systema requires no prerequisites. It requires you to show up.
Our courses are for those who want to work differently, not to perform, not to collect belts, but to build something usable on a daily basis.
In class, we work on breathing, ground movement, striking, contact management, biomechanics, and resistance under pressure. Body and nervous system are engaged simultaneously. Each session covers everything.
Systema is particularly suited to people working in demanding security professions, law enforcement, and emergency services, but it is not limited to these profiles. Anyone looking for comprehensive training grounded in real-world situations will find it beneficial.
