For ten days, experience a unique immersion alongside two international instructors recognized for their expertise, teaching skills and vision.

Whether you are a beginner, experienced practitioner, instructor, security professional or simply curious to discover an extraordinary martial art, this week will allow you to explore different facets of Systema in a demanding, caring and deeply human environment.

ADAPTIVE DEFENSE

Discover a modern approach to adaptive defense based on the principles of Kadochnikov's Systema.

On the agenda:

SHASHKA COMBAT ESSENTIALS

Discover the art of combat with the Shashka, a traditional Cossack sword, in a modern, progressive and accessible approach.

During these three days, you will explore, among other things:

• the fundamentals of handling; ;
• the specific biomechanics of the Shashka; ;
• travel; ;
• coordination; ;
• the strikes; ;
• the fluidity of movement; ;
• security; ;
• martial applications.

Beyond the weapon itself, this work develops precision, body structure, relaxation and quality of movement.

• A black, green, or grey Systema short-sleeved or long-sleeved T-shirt, or a black, dark green, or grey work jacket (If you have nothing, a T-shirt will be sold to you at the entrance)
• Sports shoe
• Training knife (if possible)

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

This workshop is open to men and women of all levels, starting from 18 years old. No specific martial arts prerequisites are required, only a desire to discover Systema through immersion with an expert.
