In real-world situations, effectiveness depends neither on speed nor on the quantity of actions, but on the ability to to understand, choose And act with discernment.
Knowing what to do is essential. Knowing what not to do is just as important.

There Special Swiss Training Week 2026 offers four days of intensive training dedicated to stress management, decision-making under pressure, and skills development realistic, responsible and applicable.

This program is aimed at Systema practitioners as well as professionals wishing to strengthen their ability to act calmly, precisely and with control, while respecting the legal and human framework.

🔹 16  APRIL  2026

Emergency

First Aid & Live Blade Preparation

This day is dedicated to emergency situations where the main issue is to to remain clear-headed, of to prioritize and of’intervene without worsening the situation.
Work on applied first aid, stress management and preparation for a bladed threat, with an approach centered on responsibility, safety and discernment.

🔹 17  APRIL  2026

Balance-Breaking Point

With a Blue Gun & Live Blade Preparation

Study of points of imbalance, control and positioning, with safe training tools.
The goal is to develop a clear understanding of the situation, accurate timing, and the ability to choose the most effective action or to disengage when necessary.

🔹 18  APRIL  2026

Preparation

True Blade Control & Pistol Training:

Work involving control, coordination, safety and management of the tool in structured sequences.
This day emphasizes precision, mastery of movement, discipline, and decision-making: knowing how to use, but also knowing how to retain, disengage and avoid an irreversible mistake.

🔹 19  APRIL  2026

Execution

Pistol Shooting 

A day focused on practical application, technical consolidation, consistency, safety and efficiency.
Gradual integration of the elements worked on during the week, with a focus on stability, control under constraint and structured application.

🎯 Weekly objectives

• Understanding the mechanisms of stress and pressure
• Improving decision-making in complex situations
• Developing control, clarity of thought, and responsibility
• Knowing how to act, but also abstain when necessary

This week of training is also part of the Development and evaluation pathway for instructors in the Systema Swiss Activities (SSA) network.

For practitioners committed to a transmission process, it allows them to:

• demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the principles of Systema,
• validate the ability to evolve under pressure with discernment.,
• to confirm a responsible stance, consistent with the educational and ethical standards of the network,
• complete and strengthen the file of future SSA instructor, subject to validation by management.

Participation in this week does not constitute automatic certification, but represents a significant step in the internal evaluation and recognition process within Systema Swiss Activities.

⚠️ Registration and participation requirements – Mandatory information

For all registrations and participation in the Special Swiss Training Week 2026, The following conditions must be met:

• be aged 18 years or older at the time of the event,
• T-shirt or long-sleeved T-shirt Systema black, grey or green or training + training knife and real knife (if possible), (If you don't have a T-shirt, one will be sold to you at the entrance)
• To women and men with a seasoned mind, justifying’at least one year of regular practice in Systema or any other combat sport or martial art, Or possessing a experience deemed equivalent (e.g., army, police, security guards, firefighters, paramedics, etc.), with a real interest in the field.
• be of Swiss nationality or a national of a member country of the European Union or a country recognized as a partner or friend,
• to show up on the first day with:
  • A extract from criminal record of country of residence
  • as well as a extract from criminal record of country of origin, if applicable.

These documents must be virgins, valid and presented at the entrance.
Otherwise, access to the event may be refused, without the possibility of a refund.

These requirements are part of an approach to responsibility, safety and ethical consistency, in accordance with the values and standards of the Systema Swiss Activities partner network.
