Discover a unique immersive training course combining the principles of Systema applied to combat, control and survival under constraint.

For two days, you will explore the work of free movement, breathing, space management and adaptation to different types of physical and psychological constraints.

This internship will cover, in particular:

• Striking practice while moving
• Managing stress under pressure
• Functional use of chains
• Control and mobility with handcuffs
• Fluidity of movement and intelligent locomotion
• Working with timing, distance, and angles
• Breathing and relaxation under constraint
• Development of instinctive adaptation

The goal is not brute force, but the ability to remain mobile, aware, and effective in unforeseen situations.

Accessible to all levels, this course will allow both beginners and experienced practitioners to explore a realistic, progressive and applicable approach to Systema.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:

– T-shirt or long-sleeved T-shirt Systema black, grey or green or comfortable training shoes – training knife (if possible) (If you don't have a T-shirt, one will be sold to you at the entrance)

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE:

This workshop is open to men and women of all levels, aged 18 and over. No specific martial arts experience is required, only a desire to discover Systema through immersion with an expert.
