GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
1. Registration
All registrations are personal, final, and non-transferable. Registration is considered valid upon receipt of payment or according to the terms specified by the organizer.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse registration if the conditions of participation are not met or if the candidate's behavior is incompatible with the values and smooth running of the event.
2. Cancellation and refund
Any cancellation request must be communicated in writing to the organizer.
In case of cancellation, starting from 60 days before the internship date, A cancellation fee of 50% of the internship price will be due.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made 40 days or more before the internship. whatever the reason (injury, illness, professional obligations, transport problems or any other personal circumstance).
The participant, however, retains the option to transfer his place to another person meeting the same participation criteria. This change must be communicated to and validated by the organizer before the start of the seminar.
3. Modification or cancellation of the event
The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, venues, educational content or speakers if exceptional circumstances require it.
In the event of cancellation of the seminar by the organizer, any sums actually paid will be refunded. No refund or compensation will be given for any additional expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, meals, or any other travel-related costs.
4. State of health and responsibility
Each participant declares that they are in good physical condition and fit to engage in a sporting activity.
Participants take part in the seminar at their own risk and agree to inform the organizer of any injury, physical limitation or medical condition that may affect their participation.
5. Insurance
Each participant is responsible for having accident insurance as well as liability insurance covering their participation in the seminar.
The organizer accepts no responsibility for accidents, injuries, loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
6. Compliance with instructions
Participants agree to follow the instructions given by the instructors and the organizing team throughout the event.
Any dangerous, disrespectful, aggressive or disruptive behavior may result in immediate exclusion from the seminar, without refund.
7. Video recording and photographs
The video recordings are strictly prohibited, unless prior authorization is obtained from the organizer.
Photographs are permitted provided they do not disrupt the seminar and respect the image rights of other participants.
Official photographs may be taken by the organizers for promotional purposes. By registering, participants authorize their use, unless they object in writing to this use by contacting the organizer before the start of the event.
8. Dress code
Participants are required to wear clean clothing, appropriate for the activity and in keeping with the spirit of the seminar.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any person whose attire or behavior is deemed inappropriate or likely to disrupt the smooth running of the event.
9. Punctuality
Participants are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of each session in order to allow for an on-time start and the smooth running of the organization.
10. Target audience
The seminar is open to men and women aged at least 16 years old, unless otherwise indicated by the organizer.
No minimum level is required, unless specifically stated in the seminar presentation.
11. Language
The seminar will be conducted in the language specified by the organizer. Translation may be provided depending on needs and availability.
12. Force majeure
The organizer cannot be held responsible for the cancellation, postponement or modification of the seminar in the event of force majeure, including natural disasters, pandemics, decisions by authorities, social conflicts, accidents, unforeseen unavailability of the instructor or any other event beyond its control.
13. Acceptance of conditions
Registration for the seminar implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of participation.
By validating their registration, the participant acknowledges having read all of these conditions and agrees to respect them for the entire duration of the event.
